i found the staff to be polite and helpful throughout my stay. the room was very clean and well kept , i appreciated the attention to detail. there was ample free parking available on site, secured by barriers. the location, just off the a2, made it easy to get around the area.
the soundproofing could have been better , as i could hear some noise from the hallway.

the super nice team and friendly . breakfast was tasty and cooked exactly as i ordered it. the room had a good-sized tv and i found plenty of storage space.
I noticed that the bar food service ended quite early in the evening. Extending those hours could be beneficial.

the location suited my visit to brands hatch. it provides easy access. the staff demonstrated kindness and were helpful . the recent refurbishment is great. the bed offered great comfort.
I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited. This is a very minor point though.

the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a very cute experience. the hotel is gradually being upgraded so care goes into its upkeep. i found the shower particularly nice, it had great water pressure. i also appreciated the good selection at breakfast, and it was cooked to order.
this was a slight surprise when i got to the hotel.

The staff were helpful. The car park was secure.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear every person walking near the room. This disturbance impacted sleep quality significantly. I expect better noise insulation in a hotel.
